CLINICS - March 7 and 14, 2010 - Yankton Middle School Gym

3:00 - 4:15 - All around clinic for girls - grades Kindergarten to 5th grade. Focus on throwing, hitting and defense skills.

4:15 - 6:15 - Pitching Fundamentals - For 3rd grade to 12th grade. Will work on wrist snap, release and footwork. * You must bring an adult or skilled catcher. Workout will flow with the level of participants.

6:15 - 7:45 - All around clinic for girls - grades 6th to 12th grade. Focus on throwing, hitting and defense skills.

All participants must wear indoor athletic shoes, have their own softball glove and be pre-registered with Yankton Girls Softball in order to attend. Registration forms will be available; a parent/guardian signature is required. Coaches are strongly encouraged to attend.

Competitive Team Workouts - March 21 and 28, 2010 - YMS Gym

4:30 - 6:00 - Ages 12 and under (if you were 12 on Dec. 31, 2009-attend this session)

6:30 - 8:00 - Ages 13 and older

ALL COMPETITIVE TEAM COACHES MUST ATTEND BOTH WORKOUTS

* Anyone interested in playing on a competitive travel team MUST be at a workout, clinics do not count.
* Travel team players are not allowed to drive to games outside of Yankton. Parents/Guardians are responsible for getting their children to and from games.
* We are hopeful to have teams of all ages for the competitive travel teams: U18, U16, U14, U12 & U10.
* Coaches will contact players.
